I asked for another towel, and the black cleaning lady said they had a limit on towels
The black manager told me not to ask him about an extra towel anymore.
These people get their salaries only because they are professional drivers and I fill up at this gas station.
The shower stall has dirty mirrors and no soap.
there's dirt everywhere
Very bad attitude from the staff working here towards a professional driver

They have McDonald’s Food service
The Labor disrespect Respect For the customer
For example I was Order Two piece Double flat fish And two Medium french fries But They did
Single Flat fish And Three Large French fries
And they laugh Respect Respect, respect
For the Customer service Because That is food
Love’s Manager Supervisor All other You have to focus For the labor

Usually not one to write reviews, but I was very impressed by the cleanliness of their restrooms and how friendly the workers are. The stalls also offer a lot of privacy which I love as a woman. I was just not expecting to walk in and not have a single complain about smell, cleanliness, or customer service.

Terrence, the GM at this station, was extremely kind and accommodating when my family rolled up with a vomiting toddler today. He and his staff immediately allowed me to use a shower, which was very clean. Sick kids are not usually the proprietors of rest area showers since they’re reserved for the truckers, but Terrence was very helpful and compassionate and allowed us to immediately wash off and get on our way. Thank you Terrence and everyone at this station who were very kind and went out of their way to help!

I have family in Va Beach and I live in NC. This Loves is our go between to have lunch and use the restroom. It’s always friendly people and clean restrooms. Would not go any place else.

Restroom wasn't clean, 2/3 sinks barely had water coming out of them in the women's bathroom. My husband side one didn't work in the men's bathroom.
