“Saw a vehicle online, sent in a request, was contacted the next morning by Rodney Moore, requested a car fax and it was sent immediately. Wife and I told him we would be there a lunch to look at it, about a 2 hour drive. He was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us the vehicle and test drove it. We purchased this vehicle, everybody at the dealership was very professional and courteous. We had an opportunity to go downtown while the paperwork was being completed, went to the places they recommended, and loved the town as well. Truly one of the best car buying experiences I have had. “I'm not sure I can write a more positive review than this one. Not very often in life do you come across someone that is willing to go the extra mile when you most need it. Southside Southern Boatworks is one of those places. We have a group that comes down from WV and Pa to fish Buggs every year for more than 40 years, in those years we have had plenty of boat problems. Southside Southern Boatworks has gotten us back on the water as quickly as possible while still providing absolutely top notch work.
This year we had two boats go down, one with a high pressure fuel pump and mine with a powerpack failure. The day Southside Southern Boatsworks got my buddy's boat running, after we launched, I had my powerpack problem. If it wasn't for their quick turnaround and had it fixed right the first time we might still have been stuck paddling back to the ramp. But to top it all off, they had my boat fixed and running better than ever that same day.
