I used to stop here just for gas, but one look inside changed everything. The store is super clean, and the fresh food is always fully stocked. Now I come back all the time. it 's my go to spot for my early morning dose of Monster and Redbull . Way more than just a gas stop!

The Asians that work in the morning are awesome! The handsome Asian fella with puffy hair just has that aura in him that I can’t explain. Definitely would come back again for another slurpee, maybe his phone number too!!

The new guy John is such a stud. He is very welcoming and is willing to help solve any problem that may arise. I came to the store last night as I was about to run out of gas and I only had to $2 to my name. I'm a single mother and had my child with me. When. I asked for $2 in gas he jokingly said "where you plan on driving to? The next pump?" Then Without hesitation he told me to keep my $2 that I could buy my little one a hot chocolate with it. He reached in his own pocket pulled a $10 bill out, and put $10 in my tank. John gets beyond 5 stars because not only did he treat me with hospitality, when I walked in he was helping an elderly gentlemen and the gentleman you could just tell loved how nice John was. 7-11 and the rest of the world could definitely use more people with the heart that he has. My family and myself will definitely be coming back more often. Hey 7-11 you you got a gem in him

It's 5:51 a.m. and no one will come to the door. When we pulled in the guy was mopping but disappeared when we got out and knocked. So we're all just standing there, 3 people trying to get in for coffee and supplies. Sad...

My husband went 11/05/22 around 6:30pm to get a lottery ticket. The girl behind the counter said she turned the machine off because she didn’t want to sell anymore tickets tonight. So we left and spent our money down the road at the gas station. I wonder if her boss knows she does that ?

This store in Smithfield is the cleanest and nicest to go to. Staff are wonderful and friendly and really seem to take pride in their work.

Employee not ringing up merchandise. Went in Sunday and purchased a chicken nugget. Cashier said $5.00 but nothing was on the customer display of the register. He shut the drawer before l even paid. I have been a general manager of a convenience store for 26 years so l know the signs of cashiers stealing. Watch your videos !!! This is the location on Main St , Smithfield
