This location is super convenient for where I'm at. My father had a unit here years ago when he first moved from Suffolk. There used to be a tenant who lived in the house on the grounds and was available to take care of customer needs. Now no one is on sight. All payments have to be made online. The gates are locked super early at 7pm which has put a HUGE damper on the entire experience for me struggling to get to the unit on time around my work schedule and needing to make multiple trips moving from Newport News.
They do provide a lock for you which is very nice I must say.
I was truly upset to have to pay a $25 move in/admin fee when I literally did all the work myself online and there was no one on sight to help with anything.
Nonetheless I still chose to use this sight because of how close it is to me and ease of access while it is open. I think 9pm would be much more appropriate for a closing time personally.
We are just getting started though so I'm optimistic that the overall experience will be pleasant until proven otherwise.

Great communication from the owners. And great units for a very fair price. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a good storage option

I got a unit over the phone and I don't have to see anyone when I go there. Can't really ask for better service than that.

Worst storage unit I have ever dealt with!!!! Rude customer service, incompetent clerks, nasty attitudes and strangest policy for units. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!! Highly dissatisfied!

Overcharged and not well lit. Had to wipe down and the insects out of my belongings before move out of there. Good if you don't had a lot of funiture. Truly mini storage
