Went in for my state inspection. First time I failed for brakes and the staff took me to the vehicle to show me exactly what failed and then why. I was given an estimate incase I wanted the shop to handle it. I chose to take care of it and took it back. My re inspection was fast and the staff was professional and polite. Overall very nice experience.

I received Outstanding Customer Service and repair services at Browns Automotive. Their administrative staff made sure I had a courtesy ride home while my vehicle was being serviced. I initially had my vehicle serviced for my state inspection, but after a thorough inspection of my vehicle I needed additional services done. The technicians sent me message regarding other services needed and my vehicle was repaired quickly. Browns also provided me with an additional warranty protection plan for 24 months, nationwide warranty. I highly recommend Browns Automotive for your vehicle repairs and services. Outstanding job!!

The car I just gifted to my sister didn’t start twice in a week, it was such an annoying experience to have the same problem twice within such short time. I called and asked Brown’s Auto what the problem might be, and if they can help with towing. Thankfully, they were super helpful and quick. They came to tow the car within 20 minutes and diagnosed the battery was almost dead. They replaced the battery in two hours and the car was running great again. Everyone in Browns Auto is super friendly, quick and knowledgeable about their work. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area needs help with their cars fixed!

When my car stopped and it didn’t start again, I called the Browns Auto. They were really nice and helpful, they came and took my car without any cost and diagnosed. It was about the battery and they repaired in 2 hours! They are really good at this, fast and reliable. I’m happy to work with them, I’ll definitely recommend them to everyone! Went to get my car inspection done this morning and at the last minute! Brown's was able to get me in early, inspection completed, and very nice professional and clean waiting area. The tech even brought another car issue to my attention that needs attention. Great service. Yes I will be back!

I dropped my truck off for a state inspection. Super friendly and professional staff. The service was super quick. I didn't have a ride home so they gave me a ride. Overall was a great experience and highly recommend browns automotive.

Honestly this is the best automotive business I have ever visited. I drove up and was greeted with a smile. I came in just for a oil change. They gave my van a thorough check over and provided me with a detailed report of potential hazards. My rear tires were severely damaged with wires exposed. You can't see this standing in front of the tires. This saved my life possibly. It's my first visit but definitely not my last. I will return for regular maintenance and repairs. Thank you for excellent customer service.
