“I don’t tip before I get my food and I don’t comment on a service like this until I’ve had time to evaluate everything. Vince did great work! He explained in detail exactly what he would do to deal with persistent windshield water leaks which had been “repaired” by a dealership. Vince educated me on the proper way a windshield could be replaced and recommended a news video supporting everything he said. During the process Vince uncovered the root cause of the leaks and arranged for permanent repairs to the sheet metal.
