I recently purchased a used car and it needed a front wheel alignment. I called on Monday and made appointment for Thursday. Staff were very friendly and informative about my car. Great atmosphere and I felt welcomed soon as I walked in. I would recommend 10/10.

Cofer Auto has been my family’s go to for all things car related for as long as I can remember. I can trust Mike and the crew to stand behind their work, give me honest advice/direction and charge a fair price. They have always been patient with me when cost dictated what work I could do when and willing to tell me what was most important. With having limited knowledge of vehicles myself, I hesitate going in most places, fearful they’ll take advantage of me not knowing, but Mike and his team are great and I 100% know I can trust them. Thanks for being such an awesome asset to Smithfield!

I brought my vehicle in for two new Rear tires along with its alignment came to little over $900, I drop the vehicle off a little after 8 o’clock. It was ready for pick up before noon, Prior to pick up i phoned the shop to let them know they requirement for this particular vehicle allows for 38 pounds of air in the back tires with 34 in the front, As it states in the driver side door tire information Vehicle Sticker, I was assured that the correct amount of air pressure would be placed in the front and the back, When I picked up the vehicle and drove it, the vehicle gave me a reading of 45 in the back and 41 in the front. When I phoned for a second time, I was once again reassured that the correct amount of air was placed in each tire however, with the way, the car was driving, positioned and what the vehicle was reading rear 45 and front 41 psi. Again, staff insisted they put in the correct amount of air ,
had they driven the car and ran the car through its tire pressure system check they would have seen their error And corrected it. Extremely disappointed in their service, especially after I brought it to their attention prior to picking up the vehicle.

I received the best service at Cofer this week. After making an appointment a couple days prior, we were able to easily drop our car off for a quick oil change and inspection! I’m getting ready to send my son college, and with Cofer’s great job checking it over, I know the car is ready to make the trip!

One of my very old SUV needs a safety inspection, I first tried another shop who identified some issues and quoted me costs. I then tried Cofer that not only identified the issues but also quoted reasonable/competitive prices! I chose Cofer, the repair and inspection are done quickly! They give me a free ride home whenever I need. Front desk/customer services are wonderful. Subsequently I sent 2 newer vehicles for inspections and/or oil changes, Cofer did them quickly and professionally and their recommended minor fixes are what I liked or someone has recommended me before! I highly recommend Cofer Auto for their high level expertise/professionalism, reasonable prices, prompt action, and excellent customer services!

My grandson Kia Forte hadn't been inspected in over 2 years. Took it to Cofer Auto and they gave me a fair evaluation. After a set of tires and a few other minor things, the car passed state inspection. Thank you to Cofer Auto for their professional and honest work.

My state inspection was up and Cofer was the only place in the area that had same day appointments. The service was quick and the customer service was excellent. My inspection was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend Cofer Auto for your car services. As a female I’m always worried when taking my car to a new shop they will try and sell me things I don’t need and that was not the case at Cofer. I will definitely be returning for my next service.

Timely scheduling for the service my vehicle needed and then followed by timely and professional service. Parking when stopping by to schedule the appointment and on the actual day of service can be a bit tricky but a trade off for the great service
