Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m out of a medication. They ordered it last week after trying to force me the generic crap when I went to go pickup the week before(specifically stated name brand) Called yesterday, apparently it was ordered but “didnt come in” so they need to order it again? Why would it have never come in originally? I call the next day, and I’m informed that now the medication says it’s out of stock and won’t be arriving at all. Wouldn’t have known if I didn’t call them. But they tell me a nearby cvs has the medication, they can’t ship it to their location, and this entire time I’ve been out of medication they haven’t checked if a nearby pharmacy had it. Worst customer service ever. They don’t care about their customers or their need for medication or even if they’re out of the medications. Worst CVS ever.

This pharmacy is slammed since Rite Aid closed. We should be thankful for the pharmacist and staff that come every day and help us with your drugs, Yes, you have to wait a-in line. So wait and be grateful!

Pharmacist was rude and didn't really seem to care. Told me they would have to order my son's medicine and it would take 2 to 3 days for it to come...I politely took my business to Publix pharmacy in Carrollton where they had my son's prescription ready in 2 hours! I hate that I didn't read the reviews first cause that would've definitely told me everything I needed to know about this location but now that I know, I definitely won't be making the same mistake twice! Ya'll don't even deserve one star!!

Filed a formal complaint regarding a pharmacy tech to corporate tonight, when she refused to fix their mistake or accommodate a disabled person that was not able to come inside because she didn’t want to do her job after I waited in line for 30+ minutes. She was incredibly rude. This was the last strike regarding the incompetence of this pharmacy. We will be switching.

Very nice lady helped me out today when I had accidentally bought the wrong headphones, she returned them and helped me find the correct ones and seemed to know a lot about them despite it probably being a less popular item

They're too incompetent and rude. Best believe I'll be making a formal complaint. I'm sure smithfield can survive without a CVS or maybe they'll fire every employee and bring in those who can actually do their jobs. Y'all want to hang up on customers and purposely not pick up. I got you. Everything was recorded. Sounds like a lawsuit with yall playing with people's medication because you think you're entitled. Okay.

Please be mindful when sending off rolls of film through CVS. I dropped 14 rolls off and was told Fuji would send them the pics to print out for a small fee. When my pictures came back I was charged over $700 and had no choice but to pay it if I wanted my pictures.

CVS better get on the ball & put staff that has more understanding about how to expedite antibiotics for customers versus reparative refill medication! The staff had the pace of a turtle, & one staff member walking around doing nothing with people waiting in line. Unbelievably bad service! Changing to Public’s ASAP !

Cvs pharmacy in Smithfield Virginia is always kept clean including the rest room and the employees are always helpful when you need help and greeting you when entering the store they are excellent

Piss poor customer service. Doesn't return voice mail. Will NOT correct insurance mistake. Incompetent service has resulted in lapse in medication. Your service SUCKS.
