The store is neat and has a good variety but Stephanie is rude and do not need to be ringing up customers. She didn’t say hi or anything, just started ringing me up. I asked her if she knew what bag she put my toddlers toy in and she said “I’m just ringing items up and putting them in the bags.” My son was holding the toy and put it on the register to be rung up then started fussing for it. Some compassion goes a long way and there’s no need to be rude when a customer is just asking a question.

Employees we're friendly. Read it me as I came in to the store. I needed help finding an item and the lady who was stocking the shelves gladly stopped what she was doing to help me. Ms. Mary is always so friendly and kind. Store seems to be a little better organized or cleaned than it used to be. Which makes finding certain things a lot easier.

3 stars because I think they are doing what they set out to do, I the cashier lady was nice. But the store is a hot mess that makes Dollar general looks like a Wegmans. Just weird random inventory of old plastic party supplies in stacks and boxes everywhere and not a name brand and site.

Completely rude staff, no one greeted us entering or said anything when we went to check out. The woman asked if we wanted a receipt and I said yes. She printed it then never handed it to us from the printer. This store is definitely a 'no' for me. If you are antisocial or rude don't get a job working with the general public.

Selection isn’t bad . They have a pretty good $1 snack section and the frozen section is better then expected so don’t neglect it

The manager who was on duty around 5pm on 2/13/23 was EXTREMELY RUDE! The store was PACKED! Soooo packed that the lines were going to the ends of the aisles. She began closing registers regardless of the amount of customers in the store. All 4 lights looked to be on so I walked up and she VERY LOUDLY YELLED this… “UH UH THIS LANE IS CLOSED!” Rude, Loud and Unprofessional! As I stated…the lanes looked to ALL BE OPEN (AS THEY SHOULDVE BEEN WITH THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN THE STORE). I asked her..”well why is the light on?” And then she VERY RUDELY REPLIED….”ITS NOT ON MAAM…It’s the sun” and she proceeded to mumble something else! I knew that she mumbled something else because….the young man or lady (couldn’t tell what it was) began laughing beside her. They began to point but I couldn’t tell who she was pointing at because I couldn’t see her eyes through her glasses. But I’m certain she could see me & everyone else. Those glasses could see Uranus! Anyway, with all of this said….you should probably speak with your staff about how they treat their customers because it’s unprofessional and it can lead to a ton of very bad reviews! Also…drops in sales. ??♀️If I had a choice….I wouldn’t have even rated my experience a 1 star. ??♀️

Same as most. It was neat and clean. Bathroom seemed sanitary. I am disappointed that they don't seem to have baby powder at any Dollar Tree i have been to recently.
