Amazing small business store, always clean (it’s a pet store it’s not ever going to smell like roses), and they’re very knowledgeable. If they don’t have something you’re after, just ask, and they’ll see if they can bring it in or point you to a place that does have it.

Fell in love with this shop! One of the only shops within the Isle of Wight area that works with exotic animals, stocked with necessities for MANY exotic animals (snakes, lizards, rodents, amphibians, etc), and the owner was so sweet and extremely helpful! They had everything I needed and were very knowledgeable. Will for sure be a returning client :)

Uptight attitude, won't greet you when you walk in and even Refused to service me just because she did not want to handle the lizard. I'd call to make sure the owner is there before stopping by.

Love it! Locally owned. Wonderful experience. Is worth the drive from the southern part of Suffolk since I know I can get supplies for my pet rabbit there at a good price. My senior bunny loves the treats I get for her there.

It's not very big and sometimes is closed unexpectedly because it is family-owned and run, but ask the staff any questions about your pets and they will tell you exactly what you need to know. They are super helpful and attentive.

They have a small but nice selection of pet goods. They listen to the customers needs and will even order specifics for you. Their Betta care is reasonable, no small cups like many others.
