Rental agent was very courteous and professional. The car I rented was very clean. The only issue I could see that may be of concern, is the facility located in Smithfield Va doesn’t have a lot of vehicles. If by chance a lot of people rent a vehicle on the same day there may not be enough cars.

Rented a car here versus having to go to the airport to pick one up. Office is convenient to my home and staff are helpful.
