This is one of the nicest, as well as cleanest Family Dollar's I have EVER shopped. There is always a front door greeter that doesn't miss welcoming a customer. This is the way a store should be ran.Former Retail Management Person

Good customer service. However, for several weeks shelves have been completely empty for essentials such as toilet paper and other cleaning items. I received the flyer in the mail with items advertised beginning the next day business day. Out of curiosity I went into the store the next day and inquired about shipments of essential items coming in. I was told by one cashier that they have no idea and a lot of the items that they advertised are not shipped to their store . But, during a previous visit while waiting in line I overheard another customer ask about when items will be coming in and the cashier, told her to leave her cell phone number and she will call her when the truck come in. So...you are withholding items for family and friends?

I normally love Family Dollar, but I'll be avoiding this one in the future. Cashiers can't comprehend basic math and managers have attitude (issue with a price and instead of them finding a resolution there was a lot of huffing, puffing, slamming stuff around, she stalling). Just all around poor customer service.
