Forgot to make a reservation, but when I arrived they still were able to have me even when there was only 1 employee (the other left due to a family emergency). Got my hair cut to my exact specifications for the low price of $20. Will absolutely come back anytime I need my hair cut again

The ladies here are all friendly and fun. My son and I have been coming here since moving back to Smithfield a couple years ago and they always do a great job... which saying something when they have a 6 year old's energy to contend with.

Stefanie did a horrific job on my bonus daughters highlights. They were rust orange and about an inch away from her scalp and there were horizontal stripes in the back of her head. I took her back today to try to get it fixed and was met with a horrible attitude and she wasn’t apologetic at all. Then she messed it up even more, Dying all of her roots orange, she has circles of orange and weird stripes and splotches all over.That being said there was another lady doing highlights (a younger dark hair girl) and she did an amazing job with her client.

Stephanie is great with helping my 85 yr old Dad. We usually go to the shop, but after Dads December illness he could not make it in so she came to his home! Thank you, Stephanie for going the extra mile!

We were in Smithfield, VA to attend wedding. We were looking for hairsalon and just walked-in to this hairsalon. I just wanted a simple trim for my 7 year old daughter and myself. I can't remember the hairstylist name, but she did a wonderful job with our hair. The service was very affordable and professional.

Very affordable and got a great cut for myself. The staff was excellent with my young son as well who has a lot of anxiety surrounding hair cuts.

This was the worst experience of my life. I came here because I was recommended but was severely disappointed. I got my hair done for my graduation and it turned out nothing like what I showed. I came back to get it fixed and they tried TWO more times. So a total of 3 times to try to get like the picture. If she couldn't do it she could've just told me that. I had virgin hair so it shouldn't have been that hard. After they "fixed it" still not like the picture, they wanted to charge me more. When i originally paid $300 and tipped. The owner was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a service experience. Will never come here again. and will let everyone know about this horrible business. Good luck if you decide to come here.
