“The parking lot needs a few potholes filled in. The east entrance door counter spring could injure the elderly or a small child. The facility is clean. They have credit card machines for both laundry and dryer from heavy industrial to small load. They have a drop off service, a small kis area, and a restroom on site. Only one change machine. They might want to consider putting in a dryer sheet machine.”
