My husband and I went late one night after checking the hours on both Google and in the McDonalds app, ensuring this location was open. We got into the drive thru and were greeted and asked for our app code. We asked for a moment to load the app and told her we were ready and got no answer. We continued to say we were ready for 10 minutes before an employee came out the side door and yelled they were closed. Really confused as to why we were greeted without warning they were about to close, we would have just left, but we took a minute to open the app's reward program and suddenly they closed. Not a great experience.

Didn't know how to use the kiosk. Confusing ordering instructions on kiosk and pushed the button for assistance with no one to come help. A few other people were having the same issue. I asked a young lady passing by for assistance and was ignored. My uncle was able to finally figure out the kiosk and we were willing to pay cash but no one ever came to the register. He finally paid for his and I'm sitting there waiting. Finally after about five minutes a lady asks me what I'm waiting for. I told her. She said well you haven't paid yet. Now none of the employees are standing by the registers or helping the people at the kiosks.I think I'm going to tell all my friends if they can't help with customer service then maybe we should just eat somewhere else. Shouldn't take 25 minutes to walk into a fast food place and get our order that slow. I would rather go to a sit down restaurant or at least change the name to SLOW FOOD restaurant ran by INCONSIDERATE LAZY EMPLOYEES.

I ordered a double quarter pounder Deluxe that had none of the toppings was supposed to be on. It only had mustard and pickles. The bun was mushy like it had been sitting there for a long time. My parents had ordered the crispy chicken sandwiches and those were burnt and like they have been sitting all day. The fries were cold. We were ignored in order to get ketchup. I had to order it at the kiosk before anyone would respond. It's one of the poorest services I have ever been in and I will never be back.

Didn't get the front host name But, he went beyond the service. Helpful and professional my granddaughter was very impressed. She wanted to call her dad so he would hire him for his business.

This location repeatedly gets orders wrong and more than half the staff has an attitude when you have to give it back and ask for the right items/ingredients. Today, I ordered three double hamburgers with no pickels and extra mustard, large fries with extra salt, and a large hazelnut iced coffee with extra liquid sugar. What I got was three double hamburgers with no mustard and stale buns, medium fries that were stale with no salt, and a large hazelnut iced coffee that was extremely watered down with almost no ice. Unfortunately with the size of the city, it's the only nearby McDonald's and when we are in a crunch for time taking the kids to a Boy Scout meeting or just need a quick bite heading somewhere, it's one of the few options available. We've discussed the deplorable service with several acquaintances and they all have said they experience the same thing.

The drive thru is very friendly and quick. The interior has just been remolded. The big downside is that the food is hit or miss! Especially with the fries; 9 times out of 10, they are old, cold, and have no taste. The sweet tea is excellent!!!

On a late glummy morning I visited for a quick late breakfast/early lunch. Was greeted by a new energetic employee who's sole objective was to serve. And then watch a young lady dedicated to make sure the facility was super clean. Dispute severe physcal limitations. These young people set my mood for the day. Hats off to McDonald'

Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins. No one spoke over the speaker box. The phone is off the hook, and the mobile order doesn't work. It's 1030 at night. The website says open till midnight.Then some random guy outside says they are closed for hood cleaning. So why couldn't they have signs on the drive thru or come over the speaker and say that? Laziness.

Idk how long the lobby on south church street will be closed, but drive thru sucks with stuff they can't serve, and you don't find out until you get to the microphone. I hope normalcy returns soon.

I called back the day I placed my order because it was made incorrectly. The manager told me to come back whenever and they would replace it. I went back maybe a week later, and I had forgotten the manager's name. The cashier gave me a hard time and finally it was replaced. Smh. Make sure you write down the manager's name if you ever have an issue with your order.

The window and people taking orders really should work on friendly enteractions with customers mire times ten not all of them act and sound like they really hate their jobs. Doesn't do well in keeping customers feeling welcome. I've worked in food service for 30 years so I see it maybe more than someone who hasn't. If they had a bad day let it lie till the shift is over. Food is good and I come often so I see the trend.
