“This is the only post office in this area with workers willing to help you select the right mailing containers and have all the free packaging containers available.”

“The ladies in this post office could not have been nicer. We discussed what we needed to do and she kindly and patiently explained how we needed to make that happen. She suggested materials and sold us exactly what we needed. We then went to our vehicle and prepared our envelope and returned to process. A second lady took care of us, professionally and kindly and efficiently. Nothing but good things to say about this post office!”

“Today was such a pleasant experience at USPS. My husband and I visited the office, and even though we arrived at 4:28 PM(just two minutes before closing)the employee was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. She still accepted our mail with a warm smile and treated us with great respect. We don’t know her name, but she was truly lovely, and we really want to thank her. She genuinely represents the good people who make our day better. Thank you so much! If you’re reading this, just know that we really appreciated you! ?”

“Dominic is the absolute best. He's a huge helper and always has a smile. The only thing is out of his hands it the hours. I'm not positive on why this post office has that, but people work during the week struggle getting packages. Dominic you're amazing.?”

“I drop off packages at least 3 times a week at this location and the ladies working the counter have been quick and kind. The line goes decently quick when there are people waiting.”

“We came in on a Saturday morning to mail a package to a relative in California. Liz, who was working at the desk was just the nicest and most patient postal worker I’ve ever met. It was truly refreshing to find someone as service oriented and genuinely kind. It was a pleasure!”

“Love this Post Office! Manager is very helpful and friendly as are all the workers I have encountered there. This location has full service hours unlike others in this area. Unfortunately, like Jaybird nest, I had a birthday card stolen sent to be by a friend to this location. Since the mail comes out of Norfolk, or Sandston before it gets here the thief could originate from anywhere. Sad, but even people that make good salaries can still be theives.”

“I wanted to share a good review of this place since I see so many not great ones. I expected this place to be packed on a day a few days away from Christmas. The individual at the counter, Jason, was super helpful, kind and considerate to not only myself but the few people in front of me. Post office continues to have great prices and ships fast. The phone does not ring to the front so be aware of that. I'll easily come back here if I get to work with him again.”
