Responding to owner response..
No it was two employees speaking of a third person who was not present.
It was wildly inappropriate. It had absolutely nothing to do with customer service but I appreciate your reach with the response here.
They sold some great cotton products however I just not look the part as I wasn't greeted or spoken to until I made eye contact with the woman near the counter.
She was busy in a personal conversation about someone else's medical condition.

Best place for great people and cutest clothing. I swear over 75% of my closet is from Relics! Lover her taste comfy BoHo. Wendy and mom are wonderful caring people. Always feel like coming home when I get across the ferry to Smithfield. A must visit!!

Visited Smithfield, VA this past weekend with a friend and WOW! Relics is a wonderful boutique with feminine pieces and a soft décor that is a feast for the eyes! Do yourself a favor chicks and visit if you're in the area. Relics clothes will bring out the woman in you!

The first time I walked down Main Street in Smithfield I saw this shop and instantly fell in love! Since that time I have added about a half dozen Relics pieces to my furnishings. It is SUCH a beautiful and romantic shop! Wendy has an amazing talent for creating gorgeous statement-piece furniture, and the other items in her shop - candles, clothes, jewelry, everything has such an upscale boho romantic vibe. Definitely a great place to find unique treasures!
