This is a decent Taco Bell. Sometimes, the wait is a little long, but the food is usually pretty good. They've never messed up my order, so that's not bad. The new Cantina menu is very good.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, wheelchair accessible.

3rd time going either door is locked or no drive thru. Not everyone has mobile order. No Service ever. This place is on way home but, if you can't even order. So this place being in Smithfield either needs to sell to someone who can manage better cares more or close down. Your bottom line has to be effected. Maybe you need a whole new crew or Manager needs to be there more and make changes. So disappointing again but, rest assured you have been crossed off my stop list.

Was given the completely wrong order - not the first time this has happened here. Staff incredibly incompetent- I’m a vegetarian so this food was useless to me and wasted. $10 down the drain, always check your order when going here before driving home because it will probably be wrong. The dumbing of America, can’t even get food I pay for.

I received my Beef Gordita Supremes and the outer shell was very hard and stale. They barely has staff working. My food was horrible.

went for a chicken crispanada, a nacho belgrande with extra meat, no tomato’s and no beans. another nacho belgrande but also no tomatoes no beans. with a cup of water and a wild cherry freeze. now how i know what i ordered? because that is what was repeated to me in the drive thru. get my order and am missing the chicken crispanada, i say that nicely to ms jasmine and am immediately told that is not what was on my receipt and not what i ordered, i would’ve understood if this was in a polite more respectful manner. but i got everything but polite and respectful! MIND YOU ms jasmine never gave me a receipt to confirm my order was incorrect, which you would assume so since i’m the customer! i decided to get a refund for my entire order because not only was i dissatisfied with my order and the food, but the service and the manager working. been to this taco bell over the years and it just seems to keep getting worse! not sure what i expected

This Taco Bell is HORRIBLE!! Do NOT go here, I ordered 3 normal crunchy tacos but when I opened up the wrapping, there was just a small amount of beef and cheese. The beef wasn’t even cooked and it tasted horrible! And just that alone costed $10! I can’t believe I wasted my money on that. I will never be coming here again and I recommend you stay away.

The woman who has been taking orders in the drive thru doesn't listen. Today is the 4th time she has gotten my order wrong. She also did the orders in front and back of me wrong too.

This location is extremely hit or miss. Most of the time, it's a complete miss. I'd guess 9/10 times they forget either whole items or pieces (like tonight, forgot the cheese sauce for my NACHO FRIES). I'm getting really fed up. Stop dancing around in the kitchen and being on your phones acting like you're not in a public work place serving food. Straighten up and be adults. I worked hard for the money I chose to spend there, and I'm tired of paying for stuff that won't be in the bag.Customers, check your bag every time you go here. Even if the workers get mad or throw nasty looks.

I made a payment through the app. I drove over to go pick it up and there was no one working to drive through when I drove around and parked I saw two employees on headsets sitting down watching people come and go from the door while the door was locked. I was never able to get the food that I paid for. There were no signs up saying that they were closed. This was January 9th of 2024 around 6:00 p.m.

It's so much better than it used to be! I had a fairly large order. Everything in the bag was correct, hot, and fresh. For as big of an order as I had, the wait time was not bad. The customer service was great, too.
