I've been with Aaron's for years, not only have they costed me near 1000 in overdraft fees, it's been over a month with only a few payments, that excuses were made by Angie and was never updated about the TV. My stuff wasn't repaired but she was quick to call for a payment. They also used my card on another account fraudulently without my permission. I've had to block their company due to numerous times of issues! I've asked for higher management to contact me and still nothing yet im paying over 3000 for a TV and have purchased more. I honestly wouldn't recommend arrons especially after bringing them buisness and even making on time payments it doesn't help ur credit at all , but they say it will. If anything this company portrays convince while robbing people blind of their money. Im considering taking legal action and calling the better buisness bureau. Worst company ever!

Employee Nivea is still using Aaron's store phone to call my husband. I will be coming to the store to talk with the manager about this.

The worst experience I have ever had with Aaron's in the past 10 years. My information was used to pay someone else bill. Then the lady that made the mistake Samantha(employee). Had the nerve to tell my wife that she needed to check with me, because I paid another bill for another womans account. When she called to resolve the mistake that she had made. Super disrespectful!!!! I called Corporate ,and spoke with the Regional Manager. To let him know the situation. At the end of the day everyone makes mistakes. It is a right way to do everything.What you will not do is disrespect my character ,and my family. So from this day forward, I will refer all my friends,family members, and previous clients to the location in Danville,Va. Just made another purchase with the Aaron's from the location in Danville,Va. They showed class, and valued the Aaron's brand name. I would have given this location a 0, if it was a option. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I encountered at this store, not only for myself but for my aunt who I brought there. I am writing this on behalf of me and her both. My 1st time at the South Boston Aaron's will definitely be my last. The staff was nice and helped me with everything I needed. The the manager of the store Angi was very rude and unprofessional. She didn't try to help us. Definitely the worst I've ever seen. If you don't like your job why come
