Communications with the bank is horrible the AI system is a total disaster.

The representatives have a lack of professionalism when answering the phone and their bankers do not return calls and left me in limbo for weeks. It seems they have little to no regard for potential business opportunities.

Awful customer service. They wanted to charge me $8 to cash a check since I did not have an account there. Highway robbery!!!! Another reason not to bank there
