Best Crossfit box for me and my husband. We love our family here. The equipments are ample, coaches are great and the overall positive energy is amazing. They help you achieve your fitness goal without making it feel like impossible task. Dana, Olivia, Blair, Emily are great at their job and make sure you have correct form.

This place has been the best place to go in south Boston. My wife and I made a lot of friends at the box. We don’t go here anymore, but this is the place to be in south Boston, if you are seeking for a radical change, if you are looking for a group and looking to socialize.

This place has made me healthier, peppier, and given me more joint life and support. I am less sluggish and sleep even better than before. I love the support of my peeps - including our "senior citizen" section, where we modify almost everything. No competition, just comradery and caring.

I love this gym. I love my peeps in "my" hour at my gym. I am healthier, happier, and slowly slimming down. I am also able to do so much more than I could when I first came to the gym. I have a knee that will one day need to be replaced and this is helping me get in shape/stay in shape for when that day comes. When I started coming here, I could hardly bend my knee. Now my squats are pretty good, if I do say so myself. We have great trainers who spend one-on-one time with us to help us learn how to do something and how to do it right. They are constantly watching us to make sure we're doing things correctly. This keeps us from hurting ourselves and it also helps us maximize our strength and power. I have to modify almost everything I do, but nobody cares. You don't compete with anybody here unless you want to compete with yourself and your previous achievements. I wish I had started doing something like this when I was over 40 instead of waiting until I was over 60.

What can I say besides this place is my second home. People from all walks of life, all ages, and all at different points in their journey to a healthy lifestyle. From beginners to veterans, it doesn't matter where you are. In order to reach your goals be it physically or mentally you need to surround yourself with people to help get you there. Here, I'm always surrounded by positive people working towards the same general goal of creating a healthier lifestyle.

I have been going for a little over 6 months now. From day one everyone from coaches to fellow members were so nice and helpful. It's like having a huge family at the box. I never knew getting healthy could be so much fun.
