Another nail salon did a horrible job on my vacation nails. Went to CA Nails in hope they could fix them. Lisa did an amazing job! Listened to what i wanted and took her time to make my nails perfect! Everyone was so nice there and was genuinely concerned that another salon had done such a bad job on my nails as it was my first time and I didn't know any better.

I was reluctant to go to any of the nail salons in the area, due to all but one having consistently bad or mediocre reviews. The highest rated salon in the area was booked for weeks and I didn’t feel like driving all the way to Danville.
So, I don’t really see why this particular salon had so many bad reviews. Staff were nice, prices was less than what I’d been charged elsewhere, and as long as they’re consistent, I’ll continue to use them. The place was packed when I arrived at noon on a Friday and I didn’t have to wait long. They do take cards, where most nail salons seem to only take cash.

This place is horrible they rushed and all my nails are different lengths and all crooked do not go here they don’t know how to do nails!

This is my 4th time visiting over the last 3 years because of a quick need and convenience, and it reminds me everytime why you just can't go here. Currently at home soaking my feet in peroxide from the cut they gave me on my toe and trying to fix everything else.

I went to this nail salon after the Riverdale nail salon did my WAYYY dirty two weeks ago. My nails were thick, not shaped, and the color was all messed up. 😫 The short haired woman (I'm sorry I don't know her name) was amazing! She fixed every nail, and made them beautiful. 😍 They look and feel flawless! I will be a regular with them from now on! Thank you so much for great service!

Never again!!! Ask for a pedicure for a granddaughter and the answer was no pedicure. I was charged for 2 manicures and a pedicure
Gave me a receipt for one manicure. Next morning checked my account and what a surprise. 2 manicures and a pedicure. This place is not for me.

They only greet “certain” customers. I’ve seen them take customers that arrived after me. Thank goodness I have the patience of a saint.

Worst place ever poor customer service two other people got services done before me and they knew they was wrong all I got was I'm sorry im sorry and I will do your nails at a discount I said no you won't ever touch my nails again this place should be shut down!!

I always get a great pedi, a slender female usually does it that doesn't speak much English. But she is always nice and gives a great pedicure. I got my nails done about 4wks ago from the older female in the 1st chair. I had no complaints. They lasted 3wks and were fine, just normal grow out. I have no complaints with this shop.Services: Nail polish changes

I popped in Thursday afternoon around 3:30 to see if they had time to do a pedicure and eyebrow wax. They confirmed that they did, and I was seated immediately. I prefer 501 Nails, but sadly they are understaffed. One of the male workers came over, and told me he remembered me, then they proceeded to talk about me, which I always find extremely rude. Come on gals, you know what I'm talking about, it happens all too often.
The nail gal rushed through my pedicure, she didn't even use the grater on my heels, and they are still rough! She also cut and filed my left big toenail crookedly. My cuticles were not completely cleaned up, and it was the fastest pedicure I have ever had. When she went to put the polish on I noticed how thick and grumpy it was, obviously an old bottle. I tried numerous times to tell her this, but she either didn't understand me, or simply chose to ignore me. Trying desperately to salvage the pedicure, I asked her to add a coat of glitter, that part she understood. She directed me to the dryer, and demanded payment, I asked her to please include an eyebrow wax, and she told me that I would have to return the next day, that nobody there could do it. Why did they assure me when I walked in that I could get both done?
Their price on their pedicure has gone up again to $32. I only left a $2 tip which is unusual for me, but I simply was not happy with the service I received.
Another lady was sitting across from me drying her toes and she leaned over and whispered to me that this was the absolute worse pedicure she had ever received, I had to agree with her 100%!
I am posting an embarrassing picture to show just how horrible my toes look. I am getting ready to go on vacation, and now I'm going to not only have to make another trip to get my brows done, but to have my toes redone as well.
I will not be returning to this salon.
