“My husband upgraded his phone tonight and I inherited his, so it was an upgrade for me as well. The clerk, Akasha, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the phones carried at the store, and wonderfully patient and helpful. This Cricket location is really fortunate to have this level of employee there to help customers.
I've been to businesses in this area where the staff was detached, rushed, or unhelpful. One of the reasons my husband and I continue to use Cricket is because Akasha is always so helpful whenever we go in.
