This store is amazing! Every time I go there, they really take care of business! I recently brought my mother in to get her own account and for some reason the phone my mom ordered never shipped. Ashley got right on it and made sure we left the store that day with a phone my mom loves and also let me know about the referral bonus! Taneisha and Michelle were also really helpful showing my mom how to use her new phone and getting her account set up! If you need friendly service that really knows what they are doing, you definitely should go here!

Went to T-Mobile to purchase home Internet. Ashe helped me, she was very friendly & knowledgeable. She set everything up for me, all I had to do was go home & plug up my Internet. It works great. I've been streaming TV since my visit. Kudos to Ashe! Go visit her at the South Boston store, you will not regret it!

I had the great pleasure of being serviced in the T Mobile in South Boston store. Skyy was the one that waiting on me in T mobile store what a pleasure to be helped by such a patient and kind professional person. I gi ve Skyy a 10 out of 10 for the professionalism which was shown to me as a customer in the store. T mobile I you should be very happy to have Skyy as a employee at your store.

If you expect customer service do not go here. Tried to return T-Mobile home internet because it was not working for me. They couldn't do a return because the manager wasn't there and that was their policy. As having worked in customer service for years, if you have a policy like that, then you have a manager on duty until you close. Pretty simple!! They then proceeded to tell me I could go to Danville. I did not want to do that but I ended up going. So grateful I did. That store is hands down 500% better when it comes to customer service. They said I should be getting amazing service at my house which I wasn't. They automatically offered up differently solutions and also gave me a replacement box to try. The also asked me to call and let them know how it was working. If you have T-Mobile for anything save yourself some aggravation and go to the Danville T-Mobile store. It is well worth the drive.

Only complaint I have is the website phone number doesn't connect,and it's the posted by them. So there is no way of calling them and saving a thirty minute drive for a question.

Was in today to unlock a Sprint phone for my Grandmother. The Mobile Experts did everything they could in store and on phone to assist. Thank you Peighton, Ashley and Lex for you amazing customer service

I have been a T-Mobile 5G home internet customer since last spring. Service was OK for the first few months, about 3 months the connection started dropping several times an hour. Worked with their representatives on troubleshooting repeatedly, replaced the router, etc. One of the reps discovered that it’s a known issue and there is an open ticket in their backend to fix the issue, but no ETA. Asked repeatedly for an update but cannot get one.In the meantime, I have to work at a coffee shop every day to use their internet. I cannot keep doing this, I need you to fix your tower. A remotely competent company would at least provide a date when this would be fixed instead of ignoring me.

Went into T-Mobile this morning to buy two new iPhones. The employee we was working with was very friendly and wasn’t wearing a mask neither was me or my husband because of no mandate. The second employee came from the back saying to wear a mask when her entire nose was showing anyway she was very rude. Why on earth be like that when you yourself don’t even follow your “rules”. I hope the girl that was originally helping us don’t work on commission because we went a few doors down to Verizon to purchase our iPhone since we wasn’t in any contracts. Because of the behavior of the second employee they lost our business. We do appreciate the original employee being so nice.

Cell service sucks. Visited the store during y'all's relocating period had to go to Walmart to get the phone I wanted because y'all were out of stock and didn't know when your next shipment wàs coming in. Had the phone activated at Walmart and the service sucked. No service except for in town.
