Tractor Supply Co. is noted for its helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable managers and employees. The store is clean and well stocked. Customer service is wonderful, with clerks described as super, happy, smiling, and having a great personality. Pick up orders are consistently done in record time. Shoppers find it a pleasure to visit this location and often spend a lot on a wide range of products, from pet supplies to clothing. The experience is consistently positive.
I love TSC however the store in South Boston is headed downhill. The atmosphere is not the same when you walk in the store. Hard to find assistance.

Typical tractor supply. Never seems to be anyone in there to help...
