“Update: The dealership was unable to provide a timeframe of arrival for vehicle that I had inquired about. However, the dealership did reach out when a similar vehicle showed up on their lot.Reached out to inquire about a $80,000 truck they had coming in. Tommy the sales manager supposedly turned me over to a salesman named Johnathan. The salesman was not professional with responses and never replied to my inquiry as to when they were expecting arrival of the truck.In a world where your next vehicle can literally be purchased online prior to reaching the dealership, you would think an online customer is just as important as an “in person” customer.”
