I dropped off an Acura MDX for repair, thinking it needed a break and rotor replacement due to the grinding noise. I was expecting a costly repair. I received a phone call from the technician informing that everything was in good working condition and the noise was coming from a bent part that was hitting the rim. I ask for the diagnostic and repair cost, and to my complete surprise he said it was a quick fix and the shop was not going to charge anything for it. I have never experienced an auto repair shop that exhibited such a high degree of honesty and integrity. I will strongly recommend River’s Bend Auto Care to all the people I know going forward because it’s extremely difficult to find an auto repair shop that provides exceptional service like this.”

Low I was talked to by mgr. Poorly, I need a top off and was being charged 20.00 for a different type of oil I've never put in my car, they were out of my normal oil, but wanted to top me off with something else. I never been treated so poorly and talk to so harshly. I'm in the system but never will go back again. So disappointed, stopped elsewhere I was topped off free of charges, treated with respect, I will be going to this new sport going forward done with Jiffy Lube. Ironbridge near Food Lion and 7-11.”

“I carry my car too three different places to have my air condition fixed. First place charge me $800 and it lasted 3 days. Carried it to the second place they charge me $500. My neighbor told me about Quick Lane well what do I have to lose. She told me that they do all different kind of work so I carry my car too Quick Lane. They were very professional. They looked at my car and they came back and all it was was a fuse. And it's still working . Thank you Quick Lane.”
“Mr. Dennis and his team are absolutely first class! After a midnight blowout on I-95 the Monday before Thanksgiving, we tried to get local shops claiming to be 24 hours to help us. None did and none replied until after we were on our way to our destination. We slept outside the tire center waiting for it to open at 7. “New to the area and brought my car in for a state inspection, completed quickly on the spot. They noticed a puddle of oil when they pulled my car out and brought it back in to check it out. The dealership hadn’t put the oil filter back correctly nor tightened the panel screws so they took care of it.
I was nervous because in the past I’ve had shops do and charge me for overpriced services that I’m capable of handling on my own without my permission because they see a gullible young woman (changing headlights/tail lights, windshield wipers, cabin filter). I was ready to pay a service charge because they put another 15-20 min in on my car but they only charged me for the inspection and were very polite! Will keep this shop in mind if something else arises.”
