I had the extreme pleasure of meeting two of the nicest people at AA self storage in South Hill, VA. The moment I walked into the front door till I finished getting my unit. Unfortunately I needed another unit and I had to come back and get another one. This is the only self storage that has climate control in the area. They are extremely clean and well maintained. I can’t say enough about Melissa she has a wonderful personality. I love the decorations she puts out around the office! The other self storages in the area can take a lesson from this one!

Top-notch facility and service! Melissa and Nicole are responsive, knowledgeable and polite. The facility is bright, clean, and we felt that we and our belongings were safe there. Highly recommend!

Move down from Maryland..talking about Southern hospitality..great young ladies working the front desk, always smiling and very professional with accommodations are clean and nice..Prices are very affordable for long term or short...and love the free snacks and drinks. Absolutely very satisfied with the customer service...This is a 10 star operation.

The only place to store your stuff. We were relocating out of state and had to leave our belongings here until our new home was finished being built - 8 months! The building is clean and secure and the staff, especially Melissa, is personable, friendly, and very efficient. We would recommend this facility to anyone. They are amazing!

Top of the line Customer Service. Ask for Nicole she is super friendly and helpful. Was able to get access to units right away. Great location and convenient to shopping and gas. You can also purchase moving supplies from the front office.

Long story short, I needed storage from a distance…. I couldn’t get there quick enough to set up the account. They are an AMAZING staff. They realized my needs, got me all set up with the right size unit before I got there. I moved in, and it’s been fantastic to deal with them the entire time. What a great change from my regular storage location at home.Thank you!!

This facility is top notch! It's clean, climate controlled, and customer friendly. Both Melissa and Nicole have been very helpful, kind, and resourceful to my storage and moving needs over the past year and a half. I cannot recommend a better facility than this one in Southern Virginia.
