“21 years of sunshine and weather had made the roof and hood on my beautiful 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins diesel in desperate need of repair. The rest of the truck was fine...just the hood and roof. Richie made my 2004 look like a 2025!!! I can't say enough about the kindness, ability, and quality of this business. “My fiance and I were driving back to North Carolina from Maryland when the car started making weird noises. We pulled over and what looked to be the under cover scraping the ground as we drove. We called several places and they could not help us until we called Victory Lane. My fiance talked to Diane and described the issue we were having. She told us to come by and they could take a look at it. When we arrived, Chad and Diane understood we were still more than an hour away from home and took us in immediately. Chad said some of the screws were missing and he replaced them and added some clips (without charge!), but suggested when we are back home to have someone take a look at it. We were lucky to have met them when we did, they treated us with kindness. Highly recommend them.”
“Tatum's did a great job on my truck, and did it way faster than I imagined. They are the one's to go to for body work. Jenny in their front office is so helpful. We even got a nice Thank you card in the mail, with a handwritten message from Jenny in it... definitely don't see that much any more. Highly recommend”

“Scott saved the day! We broke down 3 miles away from this Oriellys and limped into the parking lot 10 minutes before they close.
Unfortunately no auto parts store in the area had vehicle specific parts for my vehicle. Scott didn’t quit after checking by the vehicle, he continued to search for similar parts they had in stock and he made it happen! We were able to get it fixed in the parking lot and make it back to Richmond!
