“First, I'm a little surprised at the negative reviews for this branch. They surely must be for another branch elsewhere. I've been a customer of this branch for a LONG time, and be it the drive thru, or the lobby itself, I've ALWAYS received five start service. The tellers speak, even if with a customer, and the "beyond" the bank service is the same. Anytime I've needed something or had a concern, its been handled with a simple phone call. Even get personal calls if I'm traveling and use my card out of own and didn't notify them first. That's having my back, and THATS five start service. I'm a "friend" and not just a number on a account.Great Bank”
