They thought me how to use my coupon the staff took my phone and opened my mail and showed me how to download my coupons , it was so kind to them

Employees don't know how their bonus book system works. Then they insult customers and tell them there's nothing they can do about it and you can just leave the store. Extremely rude. Yes I did get upset but justifiably so!

Went above and beyond to ensure I received my prescription. Actually called me to make sure that I knew it was ready while I was in town!
