Hardee Ford service department is second to none. I was traveling from out of town with no appointment and vehicle just barely would get enough power to make it to them off interstate 85. There service department made sure that I was able to get back on the rode. Or was able to get somewhere safe for the night until someone could come and get me. Thank you so much for being an A+ Service department that takes pride in helping customers in need when they have no place to turn.

Oil change and fuel filters $500. No other service was performed. No checking air filters, fluids, spraying door hinges. Just the 2 things listed. I definitely don't think that's worth the price. I'll go elsewhere in the future.

I brought some new falken AT tires with my wife’s suv for them to mount and balance them. The tires are the same size as the originals and highly rated. The SUV had vibration starting around 35mph while driving so I called and told them what I felt and I was told that it’s nothing they did wrong and that I bought the wrong tire but they would take my money again but get the same result. I took it to another shop and they rebalanced them. The SUV rides smooth now. The other shop told me that Hardee ford didn’t even take off the original weights. I do not recommend taking anything to get serviced there.
