Worst experience with a car dealership ever! my car has been in their shop for over 3 months. backorder on engine they said and one of the owners did a good deed after three months and had them expedite getting my engine here. I have a warranty on this car.....a comprehensive warranty.... With a 100 dollar deductible. Asked several times "all I will have to pay is my deductible correct?" The answer was yes. I have heard nothing from them this entire 3 months unless I called for a status update and it would probably still be sitting there if I hadn't complained constantly. I call today because they said it was ready to tell them I was coming today to get it. The cost? 380.00! Absolutely not! Why? Some parts not covered under warranty. Well if the engine is under warranty shouldn't the parts be covered? Never again will I buy a vehicle from this place nor will any of my family, friends or anyone I can turn in the other direction.

I came in for a State Inspection at 8:30 my vehicle was ready at 8:45. When I went to get in my car the check oil light was still on as it was when I gave the the key to my vehicle. I went back and asked them why the check oil light was still on. They Said oh, did you want your oil changed, that's something that they saw and didn't even check with me. Then when a competent person went out to change the oil he came back and told me that my tires were really bad, and that I needed new tires. I said to him isn't that something that should have been on the pass Inspection check list, he said yes. The inspection sheet had every box checked with an (X) showing that everything was done and ok. I have been going to Hardee's Ford for over 20 years, I didn't trust any other dealers with my vehicle's. I'm very disappointed in the service I received on April 28, 2023. I had noticed when I called to set up my appointment that that the person that took the call in the service department wasn't the person who I had dealt with for years, I asked him if Linn was available, he said no, he doesn't work here anymore. I don't know what Happened to Linn, but if he were still there those issues would have been addressed. So, it looks like there was no real inspection done, all that was done is a computer printed out a sheet stating that everything was OK, and it wasn't. So, with all of that being said, you guys didn't do thier job in inspecting my vehicle. If the second person didn't go to change the oil I would have been driving on unsafe tires. After 3 weeks at their service department, I called the service manager to inquire when they would complete my vehicle. His response was, "feel free to come get it, because honestly it in my way". Unfortunately my vehicle remained in the shop for another two weeks. The van would not start. They started with the fuel pump, moved to multiple sensors then replaced a wiring harness. Finally, after paying the $2400.00 bill( the dealership owner discounted the bill $1200.00 because of the length of the repair time). The bill would've been $3600.00!I did appreciate the discount BUT 1.5 weeks later the van would not start making the same sounds it made before the repair. My employee was stranded and we had to have the vehicle towed to another repair shop. I gave Hardee a chance to repair the vehicle. hoping that they would offer to tow the vehicle to the dealership. Of course they did no such thing. They told me to have it brought to them and if it was the computer, that ford would warranty this and it would be fixed for free, but if not it was going "to be on you" and they could not commit to a timeframe.Fortunately I had the van towed to Steve's Auto in Lawrenceville. Rodney is competent and has seen this problem in many Fords. The problem was repaired by blowing out a charcoal filter!!! :30 and the van started fine.I really hate feeling compelled to write such a review on Google, and I never would have thought of doing so, but the lack of any concern once the van stranded my employee after one week.No offer to bring the van in. No apology. No sense of urgency. No commitment to stand behind the repair. Happy to have the van repaired properly for less than $100.00.

I scheduled an appointment to come in and have my air conditioner looked at.Upon arrival I got the Shucky darn treatment, Oh I know you had an appointment but we're overbooked and i can't help you.My question is why would you have an online booking availability if you are NOT availability, and you have no mechanics to do the job.
