“Home Depot is a great place to get what you need. I highly recommend getting the app. Customer service is very good in the store. I drive from NC to patron here and finding someone to help sometimes is difficult. The last visit I had to get 140 bags of red mulch early in the morning and I had to wait a while before someone could load me up but it was okay it did happen, however, I was in a time crunch. The best part about this store is that it is typically well stocked with the plants I need and I love that, especially driving so far away. Keep up the good work. See you all soon!”

While you usually find young employees hiding & texting on the job, without us asking, Erin came over to our car to see if he could help us load our purchases. “Called the store looking to see if they had a product that I needed to pick up. The young lady, Mariah, who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. She went to the area and saw what I needed, but the price wasn’t listed, (there are two variations and the one I needed costs more from what I saw on the website) so I wasn’t sure if they had exactly what I needed. She went and spoke to her manager to make sure of the price and confirmed that she had two of exactly what I needed. I know some may say that she was just doing her job, but her pleasant attitude and just overall really great customer service is refreshing. We’re quick to complain about bad service (myself included) but this young lady was great and took her time to make sure the information she gave was accurate.”
