“Four stars for Jordan and her excellent service. She spent 2 1/2 hrs with me. She deserved 5 stars but she was the only employee there and there were 5 people waiting. Management should not allow this situation to occur. It created unnecessary pressure for me the customer and while Jordan never made me feel rushed, it had to be hard on her too. You need to hire more employees!!!”
