“Our tankless heater broke down on a thursday. Jeff diagnosed the problem part and it was ordered. The Rinnai company sent the wrong part monday. A new part was ordered again. UPS delivered it to the wrong address wednesday. Jimmy P. Wanted to make it right so he personally drove to pick up the part wednesday afternoon. Jeff came and installed and we once again have hot water. You don't realize the comforts you have until you don't. Thanks to Jimmy and Jeff for putting the customer first. Cold showers.....no thanks.
