“I utilized their services over 10 times in 2022 and the ladies in the office are always helpful and professional. It's the only UPS drop-off location in South Hill and a great spot to buy moving supplies. They rent Uhaul trucks and also offer the mobile pickup option which allows for the truck to be picked up even when they are closed by making a reservation online. Overall a great place to do business in South Hill.”
“Editing my previous review; we had thought our possessions had been stolen or sold because of a mishap in recordkeeping. Jimmy got to the bottom of what happened to our stuff (which we got back!) and is extending free rent to us for as long as we do business with them as his apology. “I would like to give 5 star review for this Storage facility. They were courteous , patient, and kind. We had an outdoor space for our Jet Skis and when we came to pick them up they popped out to ensure it was us. That was going above and beyond what I was expecting. Great Job!”
