“AA Storage of South Hill is the best!! Nicole and Deonta are very professional and kind, their customer service skills are top notch. The facility is ALWAYS clean inside and out, and smells fresh. I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars.”

“Uhaul App needs improvements. It's buggy and doesn't work correctly when trying to go through the pick up and drop off process. I understand this survey isn't for the app, I had no issues at all with the truck or the company renting the truck. Truck was almost brand new and very clean, except for a smudge on the center arm rest. Highly recommend!”

“I had such a great experience with B&W, I would never have left had I not moved 7 hours away. They are so kind and caring. Super easy and quick to contact if you ever need anything. The price was wonderful especially for the space you get in the units. Everything is always clean and secure. I have never even seen a piece of trash on their lot. It is very well maintained. I was able to sign up and move my things in the same day. The start and end process is as easy as it gets. They always send a nice and informing email keeping you updated on everything going on. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!! Best storage unit I have ever used and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!”

“Editing my previous review; we had thought our possessions had been stolen or sold because of a mishap in recordkeeping. Jimmy got to the bottom of what happened to our stuff (which we got back!) and is extending free rent to us for as long as we do business with them as his apology. Very kind fellow, very happy to have worked with him!”
