Customer service is terrible not because of the employees but because of corporate. 1 person working at a time at the Verizon store. Waiting hours and still not able to be help. Caint ever talk to anyone on the phone, just robot machines. Also promises never met. I am on the very edge of firing them and switching phone companies.

Four stars for Jordan and her excellent service. She spent 2 1/2 hrs with me. She deserved 5 stars but she was the only employee there and there were 5 people waiting. Management should not allow this situation to occur. It created unnecessary pressure for me the customer and while Jordan never made me feel rushed, it had to be hard on her too. You need to hire more employees!!!
