The staff was amazing!
My issue is why on earth would this store be open without A/C for your dedicated staff. I cane last week and the A/C wasn’t working and now I’m here today and I see vans blowing hot air! This store should close immediately until the AC is repaired.
This isn’t right. Staff including customers are sweating and had concerns regarding why this store is still open under these conditions.
Do the right thing and close until this is issue is resolved.

I needed to go shopping for a phone and Alan wasted absolutely no time and helped get me my brand new IPhone 16 Pro Max. He explained everything thoroughly and is super polite. He is such a great storyteller that despite the air conditioning being out, you don't even notice the heat!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I attempted to upgrade an existing line with a sales rep, Eddie. He submitted an order to ship the phone to the store but when I got an email that night it showed the phone was the wrong color. I called the store and a sales reps, Alan, said I could exchange it when the new phone arrived to the store. But when it arrived it I went to the store to start the exchange but Alan said it couldn’t be done unless I went home and got the existing phone that I was trying to upgrade. I left the store frustrated and then came back shortly after so I could just cancel the entire upgrade. This time I spoke with the manager Kevin and he said I couldn’t cancel the upgrade and return the new phone unless I had the old phone. I voiced my frustration with Kevin because this wasn’t my fault and then Alan raised his voice at me saying it’s not their fault and that it was the sales rep, Eddie, who originally submitted the order who was at fault! I replied it doesn’t matter which sales rep was at fault because all of them work at the same store so it’s the store’s mistake not mine. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional! I have been a long time customer of ATT and I can’t believe I was treated like this!!!

What a POS store that closes at 8:00 but has the door locked at 7:00pm and nobody is in the store.

The mustached salesperson came across as extremely arrogant. Based on other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who had this experience. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place.

In December 2024, I traded my IPhone 14pro and got IPhone 16pro with 1000$ promotion. Later after 3 months when I saw my monthly bill the promotion was not applied and connected with customer support and they told as per t&c someone has ported from my account to another one so for that reason I was effected and the promotion got cancelled. At the time of porting the Store people didn’t even tell me this rule. This is horrible situation with AT&T and now I lost my promotional credits which I never gonna get back. Don’t go to this store. There were in a hurry to port me and now this is what happened to me.

This store posted a Google review for themselves from my wife’s phone that she had wiped clean from my Google account. Very odd. What kind of gig are you running there?
