Awful customer service. Staff can be very rude(not all staff) and are extremely unorganized. The wait lines are excessive, they try to refill medication with providers without your request, and consistently cannot find medications that are ready for pick up. Fix this please!

I place my order ahead of time on the CVS app and never have to wait, it’s the most convenient! And if an rx is called in the day of, it is filled within the hour, which is extremely fast considering how many prescriptions they have to fill. Overall one of the best pharmacies I’ve been too.
