They had an item inside a lock box that had a broken lock mechanism so it couldn’t be opened with the key but the supervisor pried it open for me to get what I needed. Thank you, Adnan!

Awful customer service. Staff can be very rude(not all staff) and are extremely unorganized. The wait lines are excessive, they try to refill medication with providers without your request, and consistently cannot find medications that are ready for pick up.
Fix this please!

The only reason you should get your prescription filled at this CVS is if you like torture. The people that work here are flat our incompetent. I would rather get my prescription filled anywhere else. Here is a list of things they do here: lose prescriptions, don't have enough staff, incredibly slow in the store and the drive thru, give you the wrong prescriptions, tell you they don't have a prescription after you get a text saying it is ready, never help you out with issues regarding your doctor. I would pretty much recommend getting your prescription in outer space and you might get it quicker than here.

Dear CVS Customer Service at Pharmacy,
I scheduled an appointment in advance to save time before visiting your store. However, when I arrived, my appointment was not in the system. As a result, I had to go from counter to counter and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes.
This was both frustrating and inconvenient. It seems there are serious issues with your appointment scheduling system that need to be addressed to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I place my order ahead of time on the CVS app and never have to wait, it’s the most convenient!
And if an rx is called in the day of, it is filled within the hour, which is extremely fast considering how many prescriptions they have to fill.
Overall one of the best pharmacies I’ve been too.

Great customer service! The pharmacist was extremely helpful in transferring my prescription and identifying a low co-pay option 2/3 less compared to other pharmacies, including Costco and Rx cards 😱. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to CVS.

Store layout is really nice and easy to navigate. The pharmacy staff is absolutely disgusting!! One of them was very clearly SICK and working without a mask, coughing into her hands and touching people's medication. Another one was sneezing into the air. Not covering her mouth or turning away. Cashier was yawning without covering her mouth. Saving grace was the sanitizer at the register which I most definitely used and also sanitized my med bottle as soon as I got home. The entire pharmacy needs hygienic training. Very disgusting.

I love shopping at this CVS because Adnan is always willing to help and if he's not working then I know Derrick and Patel will step up to help. Great customer service even though the store needs some improvements as a whole.

Worst customer service, $18 for 2 bad quality passport pics. One picture left so I asked if I can have it since I paid for that sheet the girl no we are going to shred it instead of giving it to you by the way she had to print it 3 times until I get 2 accepted pictures without the shadow behind it .

The whole pharmacy closes for lunch time and nobody is working the front door, so anyone could just walk out with what ever. CVS deserves every dollar it loses.

This Cvs pharmacy is the worst place! The worst customer service they mislead you on having your prescription ready. I have been waiting for my prescription almost 2 weeks and half. They told me they had it filled so when I went there to pick it up they told me it wasn't ready til the 6th then i got a message saying its out of stock. It doesn't deserve any star in my opinion! They're terrible!
