As a family we visited CVS minute clinic today, on 10/22/2023. Everything was perfect at the store as always. Dr. Witte was very good at her job, and she was very helpful and kind to us.

The clerk pharmacy Ghiha super intimidating, screening, shouting . " why did I went this morning to disturb her, I should be kick out of pharmacy" Just because I went this morning to pick up my prescription.. don't want to release prescription, delayed prescription. Plus reduce the dose recommended from Doctor.

Spectacular "boss move" slamming the "closed for lunch" window in my face at 1:30 as I pull forward from waiting my turn in drive thru. Yes, I was in line well before their (i'm sure) deserved lunch break. Gotta respect the boldness, though.

I’ve never really had any issues with this location other than waiting in long lines, but today I call to check on my daughter’s prescriptions and the lady on the phone don’t know her name but it’s the lady with the Asian accent tells me to keep paying cash for the prescriptions when I know our insurance covers them, so that’s was one medication, I check on her second one and I know that that needed a doctors new authorization but she proceeds to again tell me oh since it needs a pre authorization you can just pay for it in full. Why would I pay for the medication if I have insurance. What a weird experience I’m not sure if she was trying to make some extra cash or something.Edit: So I call my doctor and they quickly renewed my daughters medication and the one where she said our insurance won’t pay for it well my doctor called our insurance and the nice lady at the insurance office 3 way the call with cvs to let them know it’s covered and that cvs entered a incorrect code for it. So basically don’t listen to the people there if they say a medication isn’t covered and tell you to pay in full always check on your end they obviously do not know what they are doing on some medication approvals.E

I went to this store(near by store for me) in person to order a particular manufacturer medication coz every time either they are giving me a generic medication or some brand medication for my problem.I got the text saying my medication is ready for pickup. I went to the store and asked if it’s from the manufacture I asked for, she confirmed and I saw the manufacturer name on the the label they attach. When I opened the cover at home it’s generic cvs prescription bottle with different color medication which I don’t want. The cvs bottle label has manufacturer name but it’s not same medication from the manufacturer.I went to the store next day with the medication they provided and actually manufactures medication bottle and told them they gave generic medication with manufactures name. I also told them the problem I would have if I take the generic medication they provided. She said she will order the manufacturer medication. They took the generic medication they gave. They did not give me a receipt or returned my money. They say the medication is same though the manufacturer is different but I am having problem if I take their medication. I called cvs customer service(after two days) to find out the status of my prescription. Now the store pharmacist says, bring the manufacturer bottle again to the store so that she can order. I am annoyed and angry and told the same thing to the pharmacist. She put down the phone on me.When I showed the manufacturer bottle they should’ve noted it and ordered it there itself. Now I have to go again to show the manufacturer bottle. I am running out my medication. Why CVS has to give different manufacturers medication(for the same problem) each time?

I love the location. The inside of the store is great as well. But if your waiting in the drive through to pick up prescriptions be prepared to wait A LONG TIME. It’s always packed and takes forever.

The young woman who was supposed to help me at the consultation window, looked like she couldn’t be bothered. Wasn’t helpful asked for recommendations and she just was stiff and seemed like she wanted me to go away. If you don’t want to help customers, you should have stayed home from work today.

This place is a joke, sadly the joke is on sick patients. They typically line up in drive through behind half a dozen cars and typically need to wait in for 20-30 minutes with perhaps a fever or pain or some other issue. Thats not enough, the staff is out for lunch at 1:30 pm, one of the busiest times of the day. Once they had an issue with a discount of my prescription medicine, the guy at the window asked me move out of the line and come back, that would be again a new queue behind bunch of cars. How can he ask that? Would that be fair or logical? More than once, I had to wait 2 days to get a prescription ointment, which merely requires a label with my name, no filling of pills. I do not know why more drug stores are not coming up in the area while the county is permitting thousands and thousands of residential homes every now and then. The store is getting away with most profits with zero service to the patients who need it most.

Very poor customer service. Management is hiring kids from high school in the pharmacy because it's cheap labor, but those kids are not well trained and definitely not professional manner .

Never again. These are the most incompetent and rudest people you’ll ever meet.No one expects you to excel at your job, but maybe try to muster some basic human courtesy ?I had the pleasure of being served by ‘Nancy’ today at 1.20pm. After being asked to come back twice by her colleague, when I showed up for the third time, ‘Nancy’ said my meds are not available. When I tried to explain to her I’m only there because Cvs texted me and her own colleague said they’d be available, she just walked away and did not return. Not an iota of sympathy or understanding, or even a ‘sorry’. CVS only hires the best I guess.

I was here for prescription, cashier said it’s not ready and it will be ready after 20-30 minutes, I came back after 1 hour and they said same thing. They don’t care about people’s time, please consider this before coming here!

Overall this location has worst service and quality of the product. Forget about prices of everything- it outrages. You name any product it much cheaper in target or any other places like this. And manager is worst. He has absolutely no manners. He could tie and all. But he is zero. He was harassing me for complaining about that print quality of the photo printer. Picture came out so bright I hardly recognized myself. And it was for my passport. He has no professionalism. @CVS should stop hiring people from the street. CVS as store also not doing so good - items are so expensive when you have some coupon, only then you probably can match prices like target or Walmart (for exact same product). They just lost my business. Good bye!

Every time I go there, they always have something wrong with my prescription. One time they told me they don't have the medication in the pharmacy at the moment and it will be a week long wait, so I called my doctor to see if they can send it to a different pharmacy. My doctor called the pharmacy and talked to them about the issue. They told my doctor a different issue, something about my insurance. My doctor managed it some how and called me back the same day to say "they have the medication and I should go back to get it." So I went back and they gave it to me, I was just confused because they told me they didn't have it so where did they get it from all of the sudden. It's just a horrible customer service experience, its really unacceptable.

I am giving them zero rating because their fax machine is not working. Since they have enough prescriptions via electronic system then they don't care about the fax system.Forget to add that the drive through are super slow. Easy spend 30 min there.
