I manage 200 properties and use DCS for all of them. I never had been so happy with a vendor that could do pretty much everything. They are reliable, responsible, and affordable too. They will NOT cut counters.
The owner Onesio is truly a business person.

DCS LLC is unreliable company to work with. The owner, Onesio is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. His words are not trustable. He says one thing but does not follow through his words. If you wish to conduct business with DCS LLC, good luck.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We have hired DCS to perform a wide range of services on our home in the last year or so and they have become the ONLY handyman/contractor that we trust. They have performed exterior power washing of our home, exterior painting and wood repair, built us a beautiful trex deck with custom benches, installed a new exterior door, diagnosed and repaired an emergency plumbing issue, repaired multiple pieces of drywall and provided next day service to install multiple light fixtures when my attempt to DIY failed. Every job has been completed perfectly. Onesio and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, responsive, and pricing is always more than fair. We feel very lucky to have found DCS and plan to continue to use them exclusively for all of home maintenance/repairs/remodeling needs in the future.Services: Power/pressure washing

I choose not to use him because the owner who is ignorant is telling me what the other houses in the neighborhood have when it comes to how the floor plan is laid out. The guy doesn't even own a house in my neighborhood and there are different floor plans. Then he was very rude when giving an estimate I asked him to leave.

Had a fantastic experience with this company. Mr. Pinheiro came out to my house to personally address some plumbing/water issues. He was prompt, professional, and competent. I will absolutely use his company again for work around the house.
