We want to sincerely thank KUMON and the entire Kumon team for the support, guidance, and dedication over the course of my daughter’s learning journey. Through Kumon, my daughter has developed strong math skills, sharpened her problem-solving abilities, and most importantly, gained confidence in her academic potential. The structured and consistent approach has truly helped her master math far beyond her grade level.
We are grateful for everything Kumon has contributed to her growth and will always look back on this experience with appreciation.

We have been having great experience with this center and highly recommend it! My son has started here since Kindergarten and he is now finishing his second grade. Ever since then, he has followed the instructions and practiced math and reading everyday - I really mean EVERYDAY! For young kids like my son, it works wonderfully and has helped shaping very important skills for more challenging subjects as he grows. The teachers/instructors at this center are are very experienced and knowledgeable educators - they are personal, gentle, kind, yet they know how to keep the kids disciplined and focused. The everyday practice has helped my son building his confidence in both subjects at school, so much that I sometimes heard him showing off with friends that he is a smart kid, and Kumon has made him smarter! :)

Absolutely recommend this center! The staff are so kind and friendly. My child loves coming here and has learned leaps in the past year. It is very well organized and I can tell that they really care about my kids education. 10/10 recommend!

I'm very happy with my experience with this Kumon! I grew up doing Kumon when I was younger at a different location but I love how the basics in learning is consistent years later at this location. My child does get homework everyday (which is not always common depending on your child's school) but spending 10 minutes of practice on math and language arts each night has not been difficult or time-consuming. It builds up the skills and practice needed to truly master each skill so my child is actually understanding the more challenging concepts later. I highly recommend this Kumon as they make sure the kids are focused and get their personal needs and skills met so they can do well in school. My child is several grades ahead in math now bc unlike school, they have the ability to work towards.higher levels once they have shown they are ready and mastered the previous level. And when my child needed more time on a certain level, they got to practice instead of being promoted when they weren't ready and would continue to struggle ( as a teacher myself, I sadly see this in my own students bc schools aren't allowed to retain students nor push them up when they need the higher rigor).

My kids went here.I recently figured out that my kids have been yelled at for doing things that aren't their fault.the teachers yell at kids for no reason :/my kids have depression and isn’t the same way they were before.I don’t recommend going here!!

Kumon has helped me build a strong foundation in math and reading for my two kids. It is a huge commitment for parents, however, the results are undeniable. I really appreciate Mrs. Lee, and her wonderful staff, Ms. Debbie, Ms. Anna, and Ms. Sudha. Mrs. Lee, and her staff have always been very responsive when I have questions or issues come up. I can tell that every person working at the center cares deeply about the children.

This is year 3 that my daughter is attending Kumon South Riding. She is attending both Reading and Math. Because of the philosophy and style of Kumon, my daughter's reading and math level is above her grade level. She has been awarded for attaining Kumon's goals for both reading and math by certain grade and time of the year (Spring, Fall, etc.). Since Kumon has helped my daughter with her regular school work, my sister just started enrolling her daughter at this Kumon for Math.Some of the teachers started out being a bit impatient to my daughter; however, once my daughter reminded them that if she gets the concept the first time, then she would not have to ask again. All it needed was that gentle reminder to the teachers (we are all human and some times forget that we need to consider how others feel, in this fast-paced society), my daughter has not had the same issues since and is doing well at the center. I recommend the center to those students that need a confidence boost and some structures in doing homework.

My kids have been going to Kumon South Riding for MANY years now. The entire staff from Mrs Lee to Ms. Anna, Ms. Debbie and Ms. Sudha are really friendly and respectful. They are almost like family at this point! The care and effort they put in the kids is truly remarkable. They make sure to listen to your kid's needs and help them in every way they can. This Thanksgiving, I wanted to post about this terrific Kumon staff! Thank you and way to go!

My kids have been with Kumon for over 6 years. It has given a good foundation in math and reading. Kumon process may seem repetitive, but reinforces the concepts by solving it iteratively. We love the teachers , Ms Lee and Ms Anna; really good at enforcing basic principles and discipline the kids need in the higher grades. Over the years we found that persistence is the key to success at Kumon.

Teachers in Kumon South Riding should be more respect to the students, and PLEASE listen to their opinions, I’m talking about “respect and be nice” is that you guys should stop giving mean words to them, there’s a lot of sensitive people.
