“I got my wedding dress and veil cleaned and preserved and I think they did a fabulous job! The preservation was a bit pricey and don’t have anywhere to compare it to. In the end I felt like the price was reasonable for the service and I was happy with the results.”

“The ONLY place I trust with my clothes. I have tried many dry cleaners and this is the only establishment that has consistently made my clothes look brand new every time. Not only is the care for the clothes impeccable, but the customer service is wonderful as well. I always feel like I’m visiting family when I stop by. If you need your clothes taken care of, this is the place to do it!
I should also mention that I am somewhat forgetful. On more than one occasion I had some loose cash in my pockets, and without fail, they would contact me to let me know. Their honesty has kept me a loyal customer.”
“This place is fantastic!!! Ive only met the lady owner but I have a heavy large chenille blanket with long tassels that I get dry cleaned occasionally. New to the area, I came here and the reviews did not disappoint! Not only was their pricing fair and the dry cleaning done very well, but she took the time to undo every single knotted up tassel from the other cleanings that have been done. I never would've expected that and never asked for that service! My blanket looks brand new! She went the extra mile! Will use this place and highly recommend them!”

“Great experience, easy to use, and they offer same day pickup and delivery. I originally tried to go to 24-7 Dry Cleaners, which is not actually 24-7 and seems to have an operator who gets irritated when you call. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don’t know. Wash N’ Dry made me life so much easier while traveling, would absolutely go here again when in the area. I dropped off approx. 8 shirts, 4 sweaters/hoodies, 4 pants, and misc. underwear/socks. It costed me $47 including same day delivery and a $10 tip to the driver. Absolutely professional service and storefront. Can’t recommend enough.”

My suits, slacks, sweaters, coats, and my wife's dresses, suits, sweaters, jackets and silk and wool scarves, etc. are returned lighter and cleaner than any other dry cleaners we have ever used without any smell - almost better than new! High level of quality dry cleaning with attention to detail is extremely difficult to find, and if you can find it, it is usually very expensive - this cleaner provides the highest quality at a price that is a bargain.”

“I have no complaints about this place, the staff members are attentive and very friendly. I don't use them often b/c as others have said, they can be on the pricey end when compared to other cleaners in the area but they are in Loudoun/cAshburn where everything is overpriced.
Can't rate their tailoring yet, will be able to in a couple of days after getting them to modify the numbers on my hockey jersey - which was pricey to have them fix.”

“Lots of machines (cheap & good quality), of different sizes that take cards & coins. A couple attendants are on staff if one needs help. Little seating, but grocery store & restaurants in the plaza make the time go by. Always clean, rarely packed (weekends are busy though).”
