“While the sign at this strip mall says "Benjamin Moore", this paint store is owned & operated by Vienna Paint & Decorating, with several other locations around town. I have to say that the manager, Brian, and his assistant, Noel, provide the best customer service to everyone who walks in. I've observed them going above & beyond to help customers, whether with their questions, concerns, product information, color questions and even troubleshooting their projects at home. I've been here twice since the new year, and with the time it takes to have paint shaken, I know & I've seen that they've taken the time to expertly match paint color from other brands, make sure you purchase the right product, and basically answer any & all questions you have. The store is also clean & nicely organized with a really nice paint chip display. Highly recommend...!”

The paint is expensive, but it’s worth it- it’s just the most superior of all paints on the market. I love a paint store that is consistent and I’ve found that at Carter Paint- I drive an hour and pass several other Benjamin Moore stores on the way to this store. “I stopped by early in the morning on my way to work and they were very busy with contractors picking up paint and supplies. There seemed to be only one person working. He was unbelievably patient and helpful. I had 2 separate projects (bathroom vanities and a metal front door that I was working on and he stepped me through each one. I followed his suggestions instead of what I found online and am thrilled with the way both came out. The paint quality was excellent and very easy to use. I saved a lot of money by not having to completely replace my items.”
