“John and the team are top notch. The only place I buy my koi is from Blue Ribbon Koi, they take the actual steps for proper QT and testing before moving the fish for sale. All their color variations are top notch. I drive an hour each way just to buy from these guys. Saltwater and freshwater selection are great, fish are healthy and tanks are very well maintained. I used to buy coral but have gotten away from it due to travel but all their frags look healthy and prices are very competitive to online without the hassle of shipping issues.”
“Mike is the best store manager in the country. He is so attentive to customers and has an excellent grasp of the store's inventory. He really understands the differences between various cat food products; he recommended the best option for me at a reasonable price. Seeking his advice felt like shopping with my own personal consultant. This is the best pet supply store in Virginia.”
“Jonathan helped me a lot, from buying my aquarium to setting up everything with all the necessary items. As a customer who totally lacked knowledge, I really appreciated how patient and helpful he was throughout the process. He guided me with all the equipment and supplies I needed. Today, I truly appreciate his excellent service. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus for anyone looking for aquarium supplies and great customer support.❤😍”
“This has always been a favorite of mine to take new rescue dogs to for socialization practice. The staff is so well informed and helpful. It's not as busy as the huge superstores, but the selection on all pet needs is incredibly ample.”

“Bob is incredible knowledgeable and kind! He is passionate and takes pride in what he does. I am new to the area and so happy I found this store. It is my favorite “errand” to run ?”
“Called over asking for a specific dog food, they said they would hold it there for 2 days. Came and picked it up and spoke with Nick who was very helpful, large selection of food, treats, toppers all for a reasonable price. Some toppers were sold out but Nick took the time to order more and we will be back Thursday! Definitely recommend this store!”
“This is the only place I trust to feed my pup children. The staff is not extremely educated and can help you find the right food for your pet! The quality alone within this store should give you confidence. I highly recommend this store for picky, allergy ridden, or limited ingredient needing pups!”
“i waked in looking for a family dog ,They have the cuties Dogs! was very hard to pick one
they are super helpful with all the information i needed to know about the cavapoo i purchased overall wonderful experience:).”
“I love this place. I had seen them only in Italy but a few years ago they started to pop up in my area and we've been fans every since. Prices are generally low and the quality is good.”
“Had a great experience. We came to get a horse trough (galvanized stock tank) Found what we were looking for. They sell baby chickens and we were just looking. A nice lady came by and asked if we needed anything. I could spend all day looking for things. But we bought the trough and told us to pull around the to gate. Two gents came by with the tank and loaded it in. Great service and great selection of items.”

“The staff is is very friendly and loves to help out your fur babies and your needs. Been going here for almost a year and I have seen much improvement in my dog's mobility. My 15 year old corgi looks and feels like she is young again. They're always here to help out with whatever you need and will take great care of your pets.”
“We have been customers of Good Dog Rocky for a while now. Our poodle mix is an anxious guy and their team is always helping me select the best time for his grooming. Ms Jenna hands down is the best!”
“The puppy shop was amazing! My family and I recently bought a Maltese-Bichon mix from them, and they cared for us really well. They made sure we found the right puppy for our family by asking thoughtful questions, clearly explaining all the paperwork, and sharing everything we needed to know to keep our pup happy and healthy.
The process went smoothly, and they even sent us home with food, a leash, and a blanket since it was chilly outside. When our puppy got sick within the 10 days, they were completely honest with us and helped cover the vet bill.
Overall, I highly recommend anyone looking for a new family member to at least check them out!”
“Love bringing my fur babies, Molly and Theo. I’ve been bringing my dogs here consistently and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the animals they work with. My dogs always come back looking great and well taken care of. It’s nice having a grooming place you can trust. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable groomer.”
““Centreville Aquarium, may I help you?”
You already have! Shoutout to David and the rest of the team! 10/10 inventory, 10/10 helpfulness. Everybody is SUPER knowledgeable, whether you’re new to aquariums or a seasoned aquarist. I’m going back for ANOTHER SeaPora 1 Gallon!”
“The store had what I needed for my dog with high anxiety and sensitive stomach, Amanda was very thourgh on my dog's situation and needs. Princess loves her new toy”
“checkouts need overhaul and are sluggish at times. Use weight detection on your scanners like shoppers did. Good prices and clean store.
Update: registers are easier to work with. Decent variety overall and fair prices. But you guys need a decent triple cheddar cheese mix, nothing but Mexican mix and reg cheddar .”
“Canine Carousel always grooms my Cavapoo beautifully. We especially appreciate the detailed grooming report and the photos they provide after each visit. Their care, professionalism, and attention to detail are outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and talented groomer for their pet.”
“I’ve been to grooming salons where the staff barely acknowledge customers, so this place felt refreshing from the moment I walked in. My dachshund needed nail trimming and a bath after digging around outside all week. The groomer noticed he was sensitive around one paw and adjusted how they handled him instead of forcing it. Pickup was delayed by about fifteen minutes because another dog had an accident during grooming, but they kept everyone informed and apologized sincerely for the wait.”
“Dog Training - excellent beginner dog (puppy / young dog) training. Lee, the trainer, had decades of experience training dogs and horses, and worked seamlessly for a wide variety of breeds that showed up to our class. River (our dog) is much better behaved now, and we are excited to sign up for the next course! I recommend the dog training courses at this PetSmart location.”
“Been coming here for years and it's never been a bad experience. The place is always well stocked and the animals have looked well cared for and healthy. The staff is helpful and friendly! Would highly recommend them.”

“Came in frantic over my hamster who developed wet tail and the manager Liz was beyond outstanding. She was able to help me figure out solutions to ensure that my hamster might pull through.Could not ask for better service.”
“I absolutely LOVE Woofgang grooming! I’ve been coming with my dogs for years and the staff are so friendly and caring and do a wonderful job with the haircuts. They offer top tier quality service without having to book appointments a month in advance. Love them!!”
“This store is great! All staff members are polite and knowledgeable. Especially Brandon, he let's me interact and learn about all the animals there. Always good seeing him working!”
“Great Service from the entire team! Took care of the needed vaccines with such an ease and care! Zeus is thankful especially for delicious peanut butter and the cookie to make the shots less stressful! ????”
“Had the best experience! The help in the fish department is amazing and Eva at the front is AWESOME!! So friendly and was eager to help me in every possible way. Such a good team here!! I wouldn’t want anyone else handling my pets!”
“Best Petsmart in the area! Def. cleaner and more friendly associates. We just got 2 guinea pigs here and had a great experience. We visited 3 other stores before deciding to get our piggies from here. They only have females and the person taking care of them seemed actually knowledgeable and caring.
The cashier also helped me set up my rewards on the app, so I got a ton of points with my purchase. Little things like that go a long way. Thank you and keep up the good customer service!”
“Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Greeted me and my pet Bixie.
She was greeted by the two ladies at the check out counter.
Answering every question I had asked, with no hesitation.”

“We took our Welsh Terrier to Little Jenna's Grooming when they first opened. In 2020, we moved out of state, but as soon as we returned, I made an appointment with Valerie after reading she works well with senior pups. After one horrific experience at another grooming salon, our 14 year old welshie was a nervous wreck. However, Valerie was amazing with him. He was in good spirits at pick up, looked great, and smelled great! Thank you for the special care you gave our little old pup!”
