Not really a Verizon store cannot complete basic task like returning equipment

Do not recommend this store at all. We (my husband, son, and I) walked in and no one acknowledged us. No one asked what brought us in or told us it would be a minute - not a word. We took a seat to wait patiently and a new customer walks into the store. He is immediately addressed and assisted at the same table where we were patiently waiting. Still no acknowledgement to our existence. Another 10 minutes later, another person walks in and immediately is greeted and asked “what brings you in today?”. At this point, I speak up to ask why weren’t we asked what brought us in since we’ve been here and no one has said a word to us. The employee’s response was “I was going to ask you next”. Yet, we were there first. Only one visible difference between the customers that were greeted & assisted, and us. We immediately left and went to another Verizon store to secure a new account with seven lines. I refuse to spend money where I am not provided the same respect as others. Do with that information what you will.
