Great convenience, inventory, and service. I live right around the corner and love having this store so close. There is a wide variety of items ranging from hardware, tools, paint, to lawn and garden. Friendly and helpful staff are ready to help but never in an annoying way. I don't mind paying slightly higher prices on some items to support a local small business and to avoid the traffic, chaos, and the less available support staff at the blue or orange hardware stores. I also love the cool variety of miscellaneous gift-type items (travel mugs, BBQ sauces, local honey, candy, etc.) that are available.

A hiccup with an online order. Didn’t load at curbside what I placed in my order. Took it home and opened it, dumped it and realized it wasn’t the right product. Got a refund for the others one’s I hadnt opened. Be sure to check your order.
Went into the store and felt like an old hardware store where the shelves are so close and high you’re in a maze. Lots of shout out greeting and I asked where I. Ould find an item. The nice man showed me and offered to help with anything else. Found my way up to the very front to check out.

Staff is fantastic and there is clearly an emphasis on customer service. The don't have the breadth of inventory that the big box stores have, but the experience is far better. The extra cost foe every day items is reasonable.
